I worked with William at RRCS. I found him to be a good Christian man and a joy to be around. It saddens me that he's gone but I know he's in a better place. His passing leaves behind many who've been blessed just to have known him. I pray for his family and close friends that they may peace during this time. So long, ole man. We'll miss you but we'll never forget you.
Sallie and family,
Our deepest sympathy for your loss. Bobbie was a great guy, a man who put his family first, he never knew a stranger and could always make you laugh. You two made a great team. We know he will be missed greatly. Heaven just got another angel. Feel God's presence in your time of need.

I will always remember him as a supporter of youth sports in Culpeper but I remember him most for being a good honest man. He was also a good example of a father and husband. He was a great example to us "younger guys" when we were trying to get youth football started in Culpeper.
May God bless his wife, children, grandchildren and siblings with peace and understanding that death is just another step in our life's journey beyond this mortal existence.
