William Brinker Inskeep's Obituary
William (Bill) Brinker Inskeep of Culpeper died Monday, February 12, 2018, age 64. He was born June 15, 1953 in Virginia to Russell Howerton and Jean Hudson Inskeep.
A Culpeper native, Bill was a joint owner and operator of Mt. Pony Farms off Rt. 522 South along with his two brothers. He was a lifetime farmer who brought innovation to the Mount Pony Farms business model starting in the mid '90s. He will be remembered as being a passionate farmer that looked at the associated challenges in a positive light.
Bill was a loving father, valued relationships, was an active member of the Culpeper community, and spent his life doing what he loved.
In addition to his mother, Bill is survived by his fiancé, Carrie Swanson of Madison; his sons, Paul Inskeep and wife, Mindy of Goochland, with grandchild, River Inskeep; Patrick Inskeep of Richmond, and Peter Inskeep and wife, Stephanie of Culpeper; two brothers, Rusty Inskeep and John Inskeep and wife, Phyllis all of Culpeper.
Bill is preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February, 17, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with John Grotz officiating.
Inurnment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
