I lived across the hall from Billy at VT, and grew up with him in Culpeper schools. Caught many a luxury ride with him back and forth from Blacksburg to Culpeper in his Mercedes. A very nice and intelligent man, and funny and down-to-earth. The entire Inskeep family is one to be respected. So sorry to see him go.

Paul, Patrick, Peter, John, Rusty, Carrie, Jean, Phyllis and the entire Inskeep family, I send my heartfelt condolences to you. I am truly sad and I am sending my prayers.
I met Bill and John through their hay and straw business. John summed up the threesome partnership with brother Rusty just perfectly; “Billy figures out how to buy it, I break it and Rusty fixes it”. Still makes me smile.
Bill was someone that I could count on to help me out if I needed something. Somehow he would make time in his long day to fit it in.
He would stop by to drop off some straw or something else on his way to Carrie’s with his loyal dog companion “Dodge” and have a chat.
I will miss him. He was a truly good man who was taken far too soon.
My heart aches for those that he loved; Carrie and his family.
