Rest in Peace, Bill. Bill was the best boss, colleague and friend that anyone could ever ask for. I am honored to be able to say that I worked for him and with him for almost 20 years. He was truly a professional in every way. Prince William County is a better place because of his hard work and dedication to the sound financial management of the County. He will be missed by many!
