To Billy's family, we are so sorry for your loss 🙏. Billy was one of a kind. He was always willing to help us with projects and did so gracefully. He was fiercely protective of the people he cared for such as family and friends. We are so sad to hear of his passing but believe he is united with his wife who he loved dearly. He was a great friend and we will miss him!!
