Wanda J. Payne
MSgt Wanda J. Payne, USAFR, Ret., 55, of Spotsylvania passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2008 at Mary Washington Hospital.
She was born to the late Arthur and Virginia Payne. Wanda was a Vietnam veteran and retired from the United States Air Force after serving 33 years active and reserves at several duty stations including Germany, Iceland, and Saudi Arabia.
Wanda is survived by her three sisters, Mary L. McLeod, Shema F. Peppers, and Ola V. Payne; a best friend, Barbara Rowland; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister Billie Payne.
