Jess, Jimmy, LeLlani and Cindy, we were so sorry to hear of Virginia's passing. The entire Jessup family is in our prayers and thoughts. Virginia was truly one of a kind and never did I see her without a smile, even when she upset. I remember one time many many years ago, Jimmy and I had done something (probably stupid) and even in her anger, she had a glimpse of a smile. They say "Everybody wanna go to heaven
But nobody wanna go now"... Well Heaven is a better place with Virginia in it. She will be forever missed.

Cindy and the Jessup family,

My deepest sympathy to you all. Virginia was always happy and pleasant and made people feel so good about themselves. She always remembered me when she saw me, I always enjoyed her coming to Sycamore Park when I taught there. The World has lost an angel but heaven has gained a great one!

She was there for my children Michael, Faye and Jenny when they were young and attended the Baptist church Preschool. Even though they are grown now , I remember her so well. Culpeper County's Central Office was always a happy place when Virginia filled in as our receptionist. She would bring her little tin of candy or make some snack to share with everyone in the kitchen. Her smile and laughter never failed to cheer us. I feel blessed to have known and loved her. Heaven is richer with her there. May God be with all of her family.

What a great woman. I can remember Mrs. J when I was in preschool. She was a straight shooter with lots of love and humor. Quick wit for sure. She will be missed by many. Glad she got to be apart of my life.
