It always made me laugh when Pastor Tim, because of his accent, put "r"s in some words that didn't have an "r" and left out the "r"s in some words that had an "r"!😁
Pastor Tim will always be remembered by me for being the best teaching preacher ever. I've gone to church all my life, but when a friend persuaded me to come to CC Spotsy 16 years ago, I stayed because he was such a good teacher. His Bible teaching style made it come to life, and when he taught the Bible, I could feel the Holy Spirit bring the Word of God into my heart and my mind. And the way he taught the Word caused me to remember more and more Bible verses
He stirred in me a hunger for the Word of God like I never had before
His messages helped me get through each week since I worked so much and needed to be encouraged by the Word of God. I am forever grateful for learning God's word under such a Spirit-filled teacher as Pastor Tim and his wife Penny.
I believe he is casting his crowns at the feet of Jesus right now I am so blessed that he taught Pastor Ron who is now carrying on his torch of teaching the full council of God by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
One of my favorite memories Penny is when Pastor Charley and I were visiting you guys. We were sitting in the downstairs room and Charley and Tim were talking philosophy and Jesus. I was so happy when you said let’s go upstairs and talk. Those guys always talked over my head. Now to know they are together in Heaven safely home brings me comfort. Praying for you Jacy, Randy, and all your family for the God of all peace to comfort you all.
I want to give thanks to our Father in Heaven for Pastor Tim and all his service to the Lord! Pastor Tim always Believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. The Lord used Pastor Tim in my life when I was surrounded in complete darkness and I will never forget the goodness of his heart! If I can remember one thing Pastor Tim told me is this “Jesus is the way Chris!” I love you! -Chris ♥️
My favorite memory was when Pastor Tim was counseling me during a rough time in my life, and he kept telling me about a scripture where we have to defend ourselves from "firey dots" thrown by the enemy. I grew up in a Christian school and had never heard that phrase! I even researched it in a concordance. Finally the light came on in my brain....."firey darts"!! That Massachusetts accent got me more than once! All kidding aside, I miss his teaching and counsel, and will always remember to use God's word to protect myself from whatever the enemy is throwing at me.

Pastor Tim's soft spoken genuine invitation to attend his church service is how and why I went back to church after many years of not serving my God. Pastor Tim Baptised me, Performed my beautiful wedding ceremony, and officiated my husband's funeral. Pastor Tim you were a very special person in my life at very important and special moments. I remember you saying this was not your home, (sadly) I'm glad you have gone home. You will be remembered and missed.
