I was deeply sorry to hear of the death of uncle Ted. I imagine, by now, he has met God, and reunited with his parents, my dad, sister Doris, and other brothers and friends and family who went before. I expect that he is singing in the angel karaoke club, and spending time enjoying his favorite heavenly hobbies, some old and some new. His spirit has not died; he just lives on in another realm, with no sorrow, no pain. His Journey's Just Begun
Don't think of him as gone away-
his journey's just begun,
life holds so many facets-
this earth is only one. . .
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched. . .
for nothing loved is ever lost-
and he was loved so much.
May your many good memories of his life bring you comfort.
Love,
Judy Kearns Friedman
