I just learned of his passing and I am so sorry to hear this news. I always called him Uncle Steve. My dad Billy Allison served with him in the Navy and they would come visit us in Woodbridge. My prayers are with you all. Georgiana Belcher

My Uncle Steve was an amazing man. Loving and caring. Never had a bad thing to say. He always brightened everyone’s day. My hero and the reason I served 20 years in the U.S. Navy. Rest In Peace shipmate. I love you so much and look forward to joining you one day in God,s kingdom.

He was a good man and friendly to all. Worked with him at Teves years ago. Used to run into him in the store and he always had time to talk to you even though he was watching his grandkids.
