Ruby Virginia Foster's Obituary
Ruby Virginia Foster, 88, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. She was born in Culpeper, VA on February 10, 1937, to the late Ella and Oliver Fant.
Ruby was a member of Novum Baptist Church.
Ruby is survived by her daughter, Shelia Rowe; stepsons, Jerry Morgan (Patricia) and Mike Foster (Rhonda); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of additional family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her husband Tony Foster; daughter, Ruby Corbin; son, Robert Sisk, Jr.; sister, Ida Mae Dyer; and brother, Oliver Fant, Jr.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Cemetery. Rt. 522, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Jeff Light officiating.
