Rosa (Rosie) Lee Arrowood Brown, born March 17, 1939 in Reddies River, NC, passed into eternal rest Monday, August 3, 2015 at her residence in Culpeper, Va. She was the daughter of the late Cecil Leslie Arrowood and of the late Ve Read Obituary

Havard and Belva ,our parents had a special place in their hearts for Frank and Rosie. Frank, Garry, Larry and Janice developed a special relationship with Rosie as she was quick witted and shared mature guidance in our teenage years. We remember these times fondly and trust God's comfort and peace will surround the entire Brown family at this time of loss.
