I am sorry to learn of the passing of Wayne. I met Wayne through his kindness to help those that were handicapped and needed an advocate to help them acquire affordable housing. He helped a really good friend of mine find peace of mind to have the security of housing. My friend passed in 2020 but his kindness meant a lot to her. It is a small world because I had been introduced to Dallas as well through his marriage to Elizabeth, which eventually made the connection to me that it was his father that had helped my friend. I send my condolences and sympathy to the family. His selflessness is what his remembrance of success will be memorable for with gratitude from all that he was able to make a difference. Wayne was an amazing man. I remember how he faithfully served the church where I pastored by typing the bulletin each week. With his physical limitations this was a challenge for him, but he always... always came through and did an amazing job. He will be missed, but he will never be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with Doug and his family.

Wayne. You became my landlord years ago right after you gave my daughter a chance of having her first place with her son! From that moment we became friend. You taught me to be a photographer, a realtor which I have to say your website you made my pictures look amazing ! From every conversation we have had , from laughs , to many ideas . Also the help with legal stuff you have gotten me through so much ! You always thanked me when it was you that saved me .when I got cancer you said don’t let it stop you! I knew something was wrong when you said you call me later that week you didn’t ! I never thought this !! Please know your kindness, your humble & loving heart . Your laugh & smile will forever be missed & remembered. I will miss hearing you call & saying hey sweet heart . You always took a bad situation made it good! Me & my family will never forget you ! You changed so many lives . Big impact on mine ! I’m sorry I didn’t get to say goodbye. As I was just told its not goodbye . It’s tell I see you again .
