Robert Allen Lewis' Obituary
Robert Allen Lewis, 60, of Culpeper, VA passed away Monday, August 31, 2020 at The University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. He was born March 10, 1960 in Warrenton, VA to the late Joseph Franklin Lewis, Sr. and Barbara Ann Roberts.
Robert served in the United States Air Force and worked as a substance abuse counselor.
He is survived by his daughter, India Lewis; the mother to his children, Cecilia Avhuedoya Graves; siblings; Joseph Lewis, Jr. (preceded by Shelia), Mark Lewis (Doreen), Patricia Washington (Lewis), Robin McDuffie (Alexander), and Barbara Williams (James); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded by his daughter, Kendra Lewis and Allison Lewis and sisters, Karen Jackson and Sandra Jones.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 from 6 – 9 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA. Due to COVID-19 mandates, masks are required to enter the building. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at 3 p.m. at Mt. Morris Community Cemetery, 5342 Leeds Manor Road, Hume, VA with Minister Mark Lewis officiating and Rev. Ron Poe preforming the eulogy.
