My Dear Brother, I love you so much, and miss you. You were my mentor, and friend. Condolences to all. Boxwood will never be the same.

To Robert's family,
I have known Robert since his first days at the old Boxwood. He was my "Go-To" guy if I needed anything. From finding residents to a paperclip, he always came through. I miss my friend.
I know he was a man of faith and in all actions, he proved this. In the course of my work outside of Boxwood, I would meet people who he counseled and hear their stories of how he helped to put them on the right path. He cared.
I miss his smile, his laugh, eating lunch with him. Boxwood lost a treasure but God said " You are tired. Come Home."
I pray for Robert's family to allow for God's mercy to comfort them.

Dear: Sister Barbara Taliaferro and Lewis Family:
On behalf of everyone at Whole Life Ministries International Church, I would like to express our sincere condolences to you and your family at the passing of your uncle Robert Allen Lewis.
We are certain brother Lewis was loved by all of you and now he will be greatly missed. There are no words to express my sorrow for your loved one; you are in our thoughts and prayers daily. We are praying that the Lord will give you strength during this difficult time. May you rest in the word of God coming from Isaiah 40:29; He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. (NLT)
As you well know, the passing of precious ones in the family is traumatic and difficult. What a blessing that in the near future, when Jesus returns, He will sweep away all death and tears. In the intervening time, the Holy Spirit will provide much-needed comfort. May Philippians 4:7 encourage you and the family: “Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. (NLT)
On behalf of Whole Life Ministries International Church, please accept our sympathy and hope for the future as the Lord continues to guide you through this challenging period. I have prayed and will continue to pray for you and the family: “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
To the family of Brother Robert Allen Lewis, the Officers and Members of Whole Life Ministries International Church share your grief; there will no doubt be some loneliness and emptiness in the days ahead. Please know that it is my desire and that of the church to help you in any way we can. We are here for you, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Do not hesitate to call upon us our doors are always open.
God loves you; The Holy Spirit is our Comforter. Keep the Faith.

To India, Mark and Family. We are so sorry for your lose. We know there is nothing that can take away your pain and stop the tears from flowing, but you all are in our prayers. I was raised and always told that God makes no mistakes he needed an Angel in heaven to help him with his work and to take care of the pearly gates of heaven. He needed someone with that friendly smile and a caring heart, so that is why he took Robert the perfect man for that job. Robert will be greatly missed but he will not be forgotten. He will always be in our minds and in our hearts. I know that you cannot feel him or hear him but he has his arms wrapped around you and he is hugging you tight and he is whispering in your ears don't worry about me because I am okay. If there is anything you or the family need please let me know we are there for you.

Mr.Lewis,I am writing this note to you as i'm sure you are standing over me waiting for your chair back..I didnt have very long with you, but i am blessed to have met and worked with you.You took me right under your wing and showed me the right ropes here at Boxwood. You considered me family and always was concerned about me at vulnerable times in my life.I will cry my friend as i will dearly miss you,but i wont cry for long because you are a man who had a long lasting relationship with our lord and savior Jesus Christ..If i could be half the person you where then i would be good.May god continue to bless your family and give them comfort of knowing that you went home to sing with the angles my friend. You will be missed dearly.I will do my best to continue working hard to be the best i can be as i know you will be watching over all of us at work.Every time i sit in our chair Mr.Robert...I'll think of you.
I lit this candle today in memory of the most wonderful, kind, caring, and giving co- worker & friend. Whom I had the greatest pleasure working with. Robert Lewis, you will always be in our thoughts & forever in our hearts. You will be greatly missed by many. RIP my friend! ❤️
