Rita &!Gene & family have always been like family to us. I’m visiting in South Carolina & won’t get to be there for her service but thankfully I got to visit her at Carriage Hill Rehab before I left Fredericksburg?
I’m reminded of the verse in the Bible that says, “I’ve fought a good fight, ran a good race, henceforth , there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness which the Lord himself will give me at that day(somewhat paraphrased)Rita has run that race, fought a good fight & now she’s completely whole, she will have no more pain, etc or dialysis& will have a brand new liver, kidneys, in other words a whole new body!! We will miss her. Gene & Candi I’m praying for all of you at this sad time but look up, your redemption is drawing near.
