My dear friend Richard was a great guy and a true friend. We sure had some great times together playing tennis, kayaking and shooting at a range. Richard could really make me laugh with his crazy jokes and comments. Above all, he was one of the most giving people I knew. There were several times I called him to get advice on electrical or air conditioning problems that I was having. He always insisted that he would be more than happy to come over to look at the problem. He always figured out what the problem was and helped me fix it. My thoughts and prayers go out to Sarah and Richard’s family.

Regrettably I am out of town. I remember Rick only on the tennis court. He was always courteous, mild , ready to teach me a tennis lesson and usually succeeded.Did I mention he was FRIENDLY? yES, He was indeed a friend, on and off the court. My sincere condolences to the whole family. Your loss is greater than ours but we loved him just as much. May the Good Lord keep you and watch over Rick. Dan D'Errico
