I just found out about Panie passing. I had been trying to call her but the recording kept saying that the mailbox was full. Recently we had been calling each other because she was concerned about my daughter who has stage 4 colon cancer which has spread to her liver and spine. I will miss our talks and the support and comfort that she gave me. She always said that she prayed for my daughter every day. I am so upset and sad to have missed her service. She is one of the dearest friends that I have had in my life. When I started working at Mary Washington College at the Physical Plant with Panie, we instantly became friends because of her amazing personality. She was such a kind and caring person that I could always depend on when I needed her. She had so much pride and joy for her children and grandchildren. My deepest sympathy to the family.
