Michael "Mike" Eugene Browning's Obituary
Michael “Mike” Eugene Browning, 67, of Partlow, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2025.
Mike was the proud father of two sons, Christopher Lee Browning of Fredericksburg, VA and Nathaniel Shelby Browning of Partlow, VA.
He was born in Holden, West Virginia on February 11, 1958 to Betty Jewell and Richard Lee Browning. With his family he moved to Falls Church, VA in 1961, and was educated in Fairfax County, VA. For most of his career, he worked as a facilities technician and had special accreditation in heating and air conditioning systems. He worked in various counties, but always worked and lived in Virginia once as an adult.
Mike was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Browning; father, Richard Browning; sister, Brenda Loder; and former wife, Jolynn Browning.
He is survived by sons Christopher Browning and Nathaniel Browning and son's spouse, Samantha; step-son, Daniel Terry; grandchildren, Marlee Browning, Liam Browning, and Tegan Browning; sister, Kristi Irby and her spouse Bruce Irby; brother-in-law, Robert Loder; and sister-in-law, Vickie Daniels.
A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
