I was so sorry to hear of Marjorie's passing! I have known Marjorie for years but did not see much of her in recent years. I always remember going to J J Newberry's and she was always smiling and so helpful and such a valued employee of the phone company too! Thoughts and prayers are with the family!

Marjorie we were childhood friends. I walked to your house every day so we could walk together to catch the bus to the high school from Ann Wingfield. I am so glad I saw you a few times when I was visiting the Culp Rehab Center.

I can remember when she worked at C&P telephone. Marjorie always enlightned the room when she entered. The way she dressed was so elegant and a true lady. My mother Gracie Baldwin and Marjorie were friends since 1956. When marjorie was at the nuring facility i was able to visit with her and talk and share many memories. I will always cherish those moments. Thank you Marjorie for making a impact in my life down through the years. You will be missed my friend.
