To the Family of :"Mac",

i worked with Mac many years ago at Mary Washingotn Hospital. She was an IV Therapist. I loved her upbeat ways and her endless energy. I especially enjoyed her stories about being in the service. She was someone I always looked up to as a role model and someone I will never forget. May God be with you all during this difficult time.
