Lucien Eugene Smartt, 91, of Fredericksburg passed away Monday, May 8, 2017 at Mary Washington Hospital. Lucien received an A.B. degree from Reed College in Portland, Oregon in 1948, and an LL. B. degree from the University Of No Read Obituary
We met Lucien at the Greek House when we moved to Fredericksburg and shared many laughs and a wonderful friendship. We will deeply miss Lucien. We last visited him before Easter and thought he was doing well. We were waiting for his call to go out to supper at a place he wouldn't divulge. It was his secret. We extend our deepest sympathy and condolences to the family.
