Upon searching online for a very dear client/friend of mine of many years with whom I lost touch with, I was saddened to discover the passing of Kitty. I met Kitty in 1995 and was her hairdresser for at least 7 years or more. She was more than a client and we had many long heartfelt talks. She always carried a bottle of water in one hand and knitting/crochet wool in the other! She was so proud of her Son anthony whom I met just the one time! I was searching today in the hopes that I could perhaps surprise her with a call! Although it has been 8 years since she passed, to me. It was just today!! I will never forget the years that I spent with her! Gone but never forgotton! RIP Kitty x

I can't believe that such a strong and loving presence has moved on. I hope that you know how much you are loved and remembered. You will always be the who I think of when I eat Pineapple Upside down cake. Whenever someone gives me truth straight from the hip followed by words of support and kindness, I will think of you. To the family of “Kitty Ross”, who I know will be greatly missed. I will never forget the first time I met Ms. Kitty in Dr. John’s office, she was crocheting beads. I said if you don’t mind can I ask what you are making, she said kindly a bracelet like this one on my wrist, she let me see it and the colors were Christmas colors, so I asked do you sell these and she said yes. So I asked could I buy that one and once again she said yes. I told her where I worked and she started coming by and of course I became one of her best customers, along with sending many other customers to her. Everyone really loved them and the extras I bought were used for gifts.

Three years ago I lost my sister to cancer and wanted to do something special for my family in memory of her. I talked with Ms. Kitty and told her what I was thinking and what my sister really liked and collected, so she made trinkets to attach to a purse or your keys with a lighthouse at the end of each one for my family members, my family loved them and the lighthouse trinket.

I will cherish my bracelet & necklace she made and all the talks we had when she came by the office, she was a wonderful lady and a special friend who I will never forget.

Dear Bill, Anthony and Kristen, Tony and I were very saddened to learn of Kitty's passing. I'll never forget Bill, many moons ago, the day we were at work and you pulled a picture of Kitty out of your wallet. How proud you were to say this is "Kitty" She was truly a lovely lady inside and out. May our Lord rest his hand on your shoulder to comfort you.

Kitty – You were the best aunt anyone could ever ask for. You kept us smiling and laughing at family dinners and made everyone feel special. You were a wonderful cook, a great host and you always made everyone you met feel welcomed.

You taught me endless craft and sewing projects with incredible patience when I was younger and I’ll always treasure those memories. We shared a love for books and I’ll miss our book talks. Your courage, optimism and love of life made you an inspiration to us all. We’ll miss all your advice, your wit, and all your stories, but you’ll be in our hearts forever.
