Judith Bass Casarotti's Obituary
Judith Bass Casarotti, “Judy” or “Cazzie” to her friends, 73, of Spotsylvania, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, December 8, 2022.
Judy was born in Portsmouth, VA to her mother, Hazel Fowler and her father, Graham Bass.
She was a loyal and dedicated employee of the Spotsylvania Health Department for 42 years. Cazzie had an infectious smile complete with her bright blue eyes. She never met a stranger and loved to help others. For fun, Judy loved the beach, music and dancing.
Most importantly, Judy was a loving wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Michael F. Casarotti; her daughter, Sabrina C. Goodman; her son, and Seth M. Casarotti; daughter-in-law, Jenny L. Casarotti. She also adored her grandchildren, Adam Goodman, Xavier Goodman, Sloan Goodman, Paxton Casarotti, Skylin Casarotti, and her bonus grandson, Hudson Sorensen
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Bass and her son-in-law, Daniel Goodman.
Judy’s family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Rd., Fredericksburg.
