So many memories, so little time. Nita was my dearest and oldest friend. We grew up together in Waynesboro, went to church together, visited each others school, got in trouble together, laughed and cried together. We were part of each others wedding, Shared our "adventures" of raising children and were there for each other when we lost our Spouses. We shared our hopes and dreams. I will miss her. She was and inspiration to me. Her love and faith never wavered. It was evident that Nita was a servant of God.

Nita shared with me last month that she knew the Lord was going to heal her, because he told her so. What she said she didn't know was whether it was going to be on this earth or with him. She was ready for either. She was right.

Juanita lived God's Word to the very end. Years ago when she was a bookkeeper I first came to know her through both church and that she did my husband's books for his business. She was an avid reader and loved running the church library in the 80's and 90's. We often shared favorite reads with one another. She will be missed by many, but we have the hope of seeing her in eternity where she will be praising our Lord God for all eternity. We met Juanita fourteen years ago when our daughter married her son, Chris. We fell in love with her--she became like a sister to us. We could always call her anytime and be inspired by her goals and dreams. She had such strong faith and never missed an opportunity to tell others about Jesus. Our hearts and prayers go out to the family. Juanita, we will see you on the other "SIDE".
