Joyce & Frank were very, very nice people. I ran a lot of calls with them & Joyce had a heart of gold. She would help you, even if you just needed an ear to listen to I will miss her and her little laugh, which would always change your mood. RIP Joyce Short, I know you’ll keep an eye on me until god calls me home
Sorry to see this. I knew Joyce and Frank since the 80's starting out at Salem Fire Department. She was very kind She had a huge heart. RIP ma'am.
I knew Joyce and Frank since 1990 and enjoyed talking to them when I was able. Kept in touch with them both through the years and we exchanged xmas cards through the years. They were both good people and helped where they could. Sorry to them both gone, but will be remembered for a long time.
I am so very sorry. Joyce Frank and I ran squad duty a long time ago at Co 11. Culpeper Vol Rescue. Joyce would do anything for you and loved volunteering . May she Rest In Peace!!
