Joseph Harry Brown's Obituary
Joseph Harry “Joe” Brown, 77, of Reva, VA passed away Friday, May 6, 2022 at UVA Medical Center in Culpeper. He was born March 23, 1945 in Oregon to the late John Henry Brown and Mary Louise Williams Brown.
Joe graduated from Kansas State University in 1967 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. During his career, he lived in Germany for eight years and visited fourteen countries. He loved woodcarving. Joe was a member of Alum Springs Baptist Church.
Joe is survived by his wife of eight years, Charlene Brown; two sons, John Brown (Kyrsten) and Quint Brown (Amber); daughter, Brandi Brown; fourteen grandchildren; brother-in-law, Charles (Hope) Lowman; sister-in-law, Terese (Jim) Lothridge and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife of forty-nine years, Helen “Elaine” Brown and his son, Dustan Brown.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
