John David Judd, Jr., age 55, of Culpeper, VA passed away Thursday, August 30, 2018.
John was born October 30, 1962 in Culpeper, VA to John David Judd, Sr. and June Haught Judd.
John was a 1981 graduate of Culpeper County High School. He received flight training at SunState Aviation in Orlando, Fl. John’s career included work at Black Industries, Adelphia Cable, and Verizon Communications.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lizza; his sister, Melinda; and his niece, Shannon.
John is survived by his son, Alex; his step-children Katie, Alex, and Chandler; his sisters, Jan and Candy and their husbands, Jules and Jay; his niece and nephews, Bethany, Andrew, and John, and their families. John is also survived by a wonderful extended family and many kind and loving friends.
John was a gentle soul. He never met a stranger. He cared deeply for his family, his friends, and his home.
John’s life with be celebrated on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
