I was totally shocked by the news that John has passed away, fond memories of him flooded back and all the laughter he brought us with his jokes. A true friend with leadership, care and generosity in lending a helping hand. I'll miss him very much, whenever I think of him, he'll always make me smile. I was so stunned to hear of the passing of John he was a very sweet man he befriended me at swift very quickly when I started him and Chris could make u laugh quicker then anyone. John could walk in a room and tell a joke or just say hi and he could brighten ur day we would joke around with him all the time and he was just a all round good man my prayers go out to his wife and his children and family cause as hard as it is for all of us I can’t imagine what u all are going through who lived and loved him more then we did I’m so sorry but we will never forget his smile his laugh or his glow of happiness that he brought to a room when he entered R.I.P my freind John 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Sincere condolences to John's family. He was one of a kind. Our community has lost a wonderful, kind and dear man. Will miss his corny jokes and every time I think of him I'll smile. Heaven has a very special angel now. He will be missed by so many he touched.

I was shocked beyond words. John was one of my most favourite colleagues and I will miss him!
I will miss his light way of talking about even very serious issues, I will miss him making jokes, I will miss having him “our man in the US”. I will remember laughing every time at his opening words “customer support is not just a job number 1 but it is the only job”; I remember laughing till my stomach hurt at the off-site in Culpeper years ago. Many many more good moments to remember...

Like all the people who even knew him, I will miss him! Miss this kind, friendly, warm and light man.
