I will never forget my sister-in-law Joan. Joan always treated me as a part of her family when I first met here in December 1966. I was at her mother's house and no one wanted to accept me as Rays' girlfriend and soon to be wife. Everybody was passing out their Christmas presents except for me. I had none to give and felt awful so I took my little dog outside and say on the steps in the cold crying. Joan came outside and brought me a present from her
She really made me feel good. She taught me how to cook, but I forgot most of it. The main one was her Goulosh. She was the best of the best. She was a very private person and didn't want any one to know when she was I'll or in the hospital until after the fact. I did get a chance to sneak in and clean her kitchen, ONCE. May you R.I.N. Joan, l love you.
