As a employee of FCA I would just like to echo the point made early. J.T. was extremely personable and always made the effort to say your name and interact with you even at times when you might be absorbed in your own thoughts he still made sure to say hello and greet you with a smile. R.I.P good sir.
Jesse was a good and sweet man who always greeted everyone at FCA with a smile and sometimes even a joke or two. He reflected some of the best qualities of those who work at FCA including dedication, hard work and a commitment to excellence. May perpetual light shine upon him, and may God grant him peace. And may God's warm embrace hold and comfort his family during this most difficult time. Godspeed Jesse!
JT was a valued member of our National Protective Services family and served fo14 years as the head of our security team at FCA until his retirement in 2007. He was always professional and greeted everyone with a warm smile and helpful manner. It was a joy to discover him to reside in later years at Paramount where a family member also resided. I would often find JT at lunch with our dear Al (who passed away in 2020) where we were greeted with his great big smile and a corny joke! He will not be forgotten and we miss his warm and friendly presence, God gave us a great gift in getting to know JT!

I am the Activities Coordinator at Paramount Senior Living. I met Jesse when I went to drop off a resume and was waiting for an interview. Jesse sat in the front row of Michael Milstead's music presentation. With a sweet contented smile on his face, he got up and did his shuffle dance to the music. I knew then I was going to love this guy!
The first week of my employment, Jesse told me of how he became a police officer. I loved to hear his stories. He would get a gleam in his eye, and sometimes a tear when he would talk about his wife. These stories were precious, and so indicative of a life well lived.
Jesse loved to dance, and did at every opportunity. The ladies never lacked a partner.
We would do sing-alongs twice a week. Jesse loved the hymns, and tears would appear in his eyes, "Amen! So let it be!" "Wow!" He would stand up with emotion and place his hand over his heart whenever we did Lee Greenwood's "I'm Proud to Be an American." If I pulled my guitar out of the closet, Jesse would follow me anywhere in the building, hoping for music.
We could always get Jesse to join in for any game - washers, putting, bowling, cornhole. Jesse was a constant participant. If we asked, he came!
Jesse's training as a police officer never left him. We'd have children join us for an activity once a week. We set up targets, and shot them from 15 feet away with Nerf Guns. I told them all to keep going as I gathered darts, that it wouldn't hurt me. I was low to the ground behind the targets. Jesse wouldn't do it for anything.
The day Jesse left Paramount, I cried all the way to work, as did other staff members throughout the day. "Uncle Jesse" was sweet, polite and friendly to everyone, and was loved greatly by residents and staff alike. He was a man of integrity and faith.

JT was the head of security at the FCA from July 1993 through August 2007. He always greeted visitors with a friendly smile and of course a joke. In retirement as in life; he will be greatly missed!

Jessie was a very sweet man. Always very friendly and loved to chat with me when I came into visit my Mom, Barb Alliason, at Paramount Assisted Living. My Mom passes in Jan 2020 so I hadn’t seen Jessie since then but he always put a smile on my and my moms face. Sending condolences to his family.
