Blood or not Jason you are, and will be my forever brother as you knew, and know. Two days away now from the anniversary of you leaving to go home. Robert William (Dad), and all Jason's family - today we are full of sadness. But this is now too much of the mind and not yet of the heart for us to begin the Process-of-What's Next. May we more remember Jason's love, our shared togetherness, and our Special Brotherhood. As we enter this period of tough adjustment, may we share with one another, the arising problems, our difficulties, our stress, such that we proceed with full acceptance of Him who said, "Lo, I am with you Always". My prayer for each of you will ask that as the evening shadows fall for this day, and all tomorrow's, that your weary bodies and spirits have satisfying rest, as you face that next tomorrow.

Jason, Even though I only got to see you at your dentist appointments, I enjoyed our long talks when you came. You never let go of your beliefs and even when we didn't agree on something, you respected me enough to let that go. I will smile every time I think about you riding your bike through Clarendon and making all the noise they didn't like, lol. I pray that your soul is at peace and that you are resting with the Lord now. Your burdens are now over and you can ride to your hearts content. No more pain and no more sorrow. Sleep peacefully my young friend.

Jason, I will always miss you buddy. when I met you at work, I could tell you were hard to get to know, but as time went on going with me and bobby to lunch and other places, you started to open up and I do understand why. you have to be careful of who you choose as friends. as we got to be friends I could tell you would help any one out, and including me. two separate times you took me to the doctor and picked me up when done. I offered to give you money, but you would not accept any. will miss our trips to the free veterans dinner and you was always there. one time, you even thanked me for my service. I also will miss the times you stopped and gave me a salute while you were working. RIP Jason, you were a true friend to me.

I can't thank you enough Jason for not just being a wonderful brother the last 5 years but a wonderful friend. I miss our long talks and when you snuck over to Martins grocery store with me while your Dad and Bobby didn't have a clue :) haha! When they asked what took us so long outside we just said we were just talking lol. Thank you for this past Mothers day as well. I was so happy you and Dad came over! Thank you for always calling or texting to check on me and Kanin when Bobby was in Afghan this last time and when your Mom would tell you I was not feeling well you would always be the first person to check on me. Eventhough I was your only sister I hope I was a good one to you. I can't say enough how much I will miss you but I know your happy and healthy and I will see you again because no doubt in my mind you will be there waiting to say " HELLO LISA ". I ALSO WANT YOU TO KNOW I WILL ALWAYS BE HERE TO WATCH OVER YOUR LOVED ONES FOR YOU AS YOU WAIT AT THE GATES FOR ALL OF US.
