I am very sorry for your loss. Jake was definitely a courageous young man. I do find peace knowing he can be re-united with Keri in heaven.
I will never forget the night he got up and walked to the kitchen to get some cheese peanut butter crackers. He startled me and we both laughed. Rest in peace Jake.💕
