Jack Douglas Stallard's Obituary
Jack Douglas Stallard, 90, of Richmond, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 12, 2021.
Jack was born in Coeburn, Wise County, Virginia to Liscum D. Stallard and Mary Lucy Carico Stallard. He was a 1954 graduate of the Medical College of Virginia. Jack practiced pharmacy in Virginia for 40 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Butler Stallard, his children, Doug, Becky, Tracy and Jon, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Jack was preceded in death by his first wife, Peggy Ann Fleenor, a son, William Emmett “Buzzy” Stallard, a brother, Billy Joe Stallard and a sister, Betty Stallard Farmer.
A graveside will be held at Fairview Cemetery.
