Jack Douglas Stallard, 90, of Richmond, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 12, 2021. Jack was born in Coeburn, Wise County, Virginia to Liscum D. Stallard and Mary Lucy Carico Stallard. He was a 1954 graduate of the Medical Read Obituary
I lived in the same apartment building as Betty and Jack and we became friendly after we kept bumping into each other in the parking lot. Jack adored my dog, Gracie and would fondly tell me stories about dogs they owned in the past. They were the sweetest couple and I loved chatting with them. I am so very sorry about Jack’s passing and I pray that Betty is ok. Rest In Peace Jack. - from Kathy & Gracie
I worked with Jack in the 1970's at Drug Fair in Culpeper. It was one of my first jobs and worked on week-ends and evening hours in the Drug department. Jack had a great sense of humor and was a very kind gentleman. My condolences to the family for their loss.
