Helen Victoria Lawson's Obituary
Helen Victoria Lawson, 93, of Spotsylvania County passed away in her sleep, peacefully at home surrounded by her husband of 72 years, Alfred Lawson, and her children.
She was a loving mother and wife and is described as caring, generous and devoted. Some of her favorite things were butterflies and dolphins.
Helen is also survived by two daughters, Sharyn Pensmith (Charles) and Diane Lawson; her son, Robert Lawson (Melanie); two grandchildren, Michelle and Max; one great-grandchild, Dakota; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Bonnie Jean.
A memorial gathering will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, June 2, at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
