Hazel Lee Hawkins Veltoven, 75, of Culpeper died Monday, March 6, 2017 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born April 18, 1941 to the late Milton and Lucille Brown Hawkins. She is survived by two children, Fulton Read Obituary
Hazel you will truly be missed. I knew Hazel when she lived right below me on blue ridge avenue in the apartments across from Yowell Meadow Park. She was a lovely lady and I will miss her. We always talked and she was a wonderful woman. My condoloscences go out to the family.

Sharon, my heart goes out to you and your family at this time. I know it is so hard right now because losing a Mom takes a big part of your heart and it hurts. But reading the different tributes she sounds like she was a sweet and kind example to everyone that was part of her life. She left you good memories.
So sorry to hear of Hazel's passing. She was a sweet lady and did so much for my Aunt Lucille and for Kenneth, I was blessed by knowing her through our shared love of them. Joan Weaver
