Billy was my first cousin, and I was very proud of that. He was so good about supporting family, and always was positive and upbeat. He always knew you right away. The photo so well captures his quick smile. We will all miss him, and "Perryman-Town" has lost a life-long resident.
My sincere condolences to all of the Miller family/cousins. Billy always opened his home and heart to all. Whenever I visited which was never enough he always made me feel loved and welcome. He would call and check on me from time to time and was a great friend to my son. Rest in Peace Billy. You will be missed!
