Gramps we’re do I even begin. Every since I was a little girl you’ve been my best friend and ride or die. You’ve taught me so so much and I could never thank you enough. Thank you for always supporting me and lending me a shoulder to lean on. You always made me yummy breakfast and made sure I was up bright and early that’s for sure 🤣. I’m so so grateful to of had such an amazing man as my grandpa. I miss you more than any amount of words could ever explain but I know you’re looking down on me and you’re proud. Oh how my heart hurts. I think everyone had that one person they could call an talk to about everything an you was that one person for me. Early in the mornings. To late in the evenings. It was many days we would wake each other up with. Get up. What ya gonna do sleep all day ? I have the memories with You an Barbara Jean. An me an Joe when Dale was little to our camping adventures at lake Orange. Many good times. You loved life to the fullest. An oh how I enjoyed coming to see the gardens in the summer. I am so glad not long ago I came over. Snatched you up for a ride out to get a cheeseburger an go by the cemetery. You will be missed dearly uncle Gary an always be close to my heart. Love . Sheila

What I wouldn't give to have you call me at 6 am again and tell me what you were going to do with your day. You would always end the call with " I reckon better go feed my chickens" When you left you took my heart with you, you were the best of all of us

So sorry to hear of the loss of Big Gary. He was one of a kind and always down to have a good laugh on the phone with me. I'll miss hearing him talk about his garden, chickens, and dog . I'll never forget him calling me and checking on myself and my girls after my mom passed. He always thought of others, before himself. I'll miss going to his house and talking and see his beautiful garden. His place was so breathtaking and we were always welcomed with open arms. I'll forever cherish the memories and keep them close to my heart. Rip, tell mom I love her and give her hugs for me up there. ❤️❤️
