Gail Hamlett Kelley's Obituary
Gail Kelley, 62, of Fredericksburg passed away peacefully Monday, April 17, 2017, with her family by her side, hand in hand with her eternal companion.
She dedicated her life to the service of others and was most recently devoted to her work as President of the Relief Society.
Gail is survived by her husband of 44 years, Donald; her children, Donnie and wife, Jamie, Leah and husband, Marcus, Alison and husband, Sam, Justin and wife, Tabitha, Caroline and husband, Justin, and Katie and husband, Mike; her mother, Alice Hamlett; her siblings, Sandra Bosher, Charles Hamlett, Jr. and wife, Kim, and Jeffrey Hamlett; 20 grandchildren; three nephews; and many extended family members. In addition to her own children, she was like a second mother to many.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Melvin Hamlett, Sr.; brother-in-law, Langford Bosher; and nephew, Trey Hamlett.
Gail’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5600 Smith Station Road, Fredericksburg. Burial will be private.
