Gail Kelley, 62, of Fredericksburg passed away peacefully Monday, April 17, 2017, with her family by her side, hand in hand with her eternal companion. She dedicated her life to the service of others and was most recently devoted Read Obituary
Gail was a gift from heaven always going out of her way for me and Nickolous we miss her so much but, we know she went to a better place and has no pain at all know and lives in paradise with God one thing she said to me was she was glad I came into her life and I feel the same way I am glad she came into our life the entire family is a special family very caring and loving she was like a second mom to me I love and miss her so much.

I will always remember with love and gratitude how Don and Gail so generously let us fill their station wagon with teenagers and drive to the Palmyra Pageant, very shortly after they were married. They endured two nights spent driving, with only a few hours of sleep and lots of junk food to sustain us. We switched drivers often, always with someone riding shotgun to be sure that the driver stayed awake. Those heartfelt conversations, in the wee hours of the mornings, linked us forever and gave us memories that will last forever. The pageant was the best I have ever seen it, because I was there with so many dear friends and family.

I have such wonderful memories of Gail in her youth. She was an example then as she was all of her life of good cheer and warmth. The light she shared lives on in all who knew her.
My deepest sympathy goes out to Donald, her mother Alice, and all the children and grandchildren. Gail was such a beautiful soul whose kindness and loving spirit shone through in every fiber of her being. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you, especially in the days ahead. May you find comfort and peace knowing that she is no longer suffering and is with our Lord and Savior. I'm most certain that she is smiling down at you and all those she loved.

I am having a hard time thinking of life with out Gail but I am comforted to know she is going to be there when I leave this world. She has been the example I could never life up to but was so glad to know. Alice, remember she is with Pete and will be looking out for you. Gail and Don are the couple I am glad my children had a chance to see. That is how the bar should be set. I love you Gail. Till we meet again.....
Goodbyes are always so difficult. So glad that I have years of happy memories with Gail and so many other loved ones who have crossed to the other side. I will truly miss Gail's hugs.
