Frederick Minier, 90, of Culpeper passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born October 21, 1923 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Frederick Henry and Helen Metroka Minier. Mr. M Read Obituary

Dear Pauline, Bonnie, Nicole and family,
We know we all love Fred very dearly, and we know that it is so painful and sad of losing such a wonderful person. But, with his cancer intrued into his bones, I knew that he was in severe pain (as I had a girl friend who was suffered from bone cancer and lost her life in only just a few month's time, she was in continuous and severe pain all the time, she spent her last 2 months in the hospital with all the medical hook ups... and she told us that it would be a relieve to her if the Dr. could just let her go).
When we were spending the Thanksgiving Dinner this year in Bonnie's home, Fred did not even complaint one bit, he was such a strong man and he loves you all so much that he preferred to carry his pain in silent and did not want any one to worry about him. I saw all these and I just so admired him for his unmeasureable love to all of you.
I admired of such a loving family, always caring for each other, and always celebrating life in laughters and joy. It is a very difficult moment for all of us, but I know Fred is now up with our Heavenly Father, and watching over us.
Fred Minier will be greatly missed, forever cherished and always remembered in our hearts.

Dear Aunt Pauline, Bonnie, Nicole, and family, Please know how sorry we are to hear of Uncle Fred's passing. He was such a kind, loving, gentle man.
I loved Uncle Fred so very much. He will always be in my heart. My only regrets are that I didn't come to visit as I wanted to so many times.
Uncle Fred is spending Christmas in heaven this year with his beloved Jesus, his son, Freddie, his grandson, Barrett, his sister, Alice, and all his other beloved relatives and friends.
Rest in peace my Uncle Fred until we meet again. I will always love you!!
