What a character, true to his principles of what is right and wrong. We should all take a lesson. I will miss Fred
Trooper Bream would come into the Fauquier Co Sheriff’s Office when I worked there as an administrative secretary, he was always polite, a gentleman. Condolences to his wife & family.
Sounds like he really enjoyed his retirement!
God Bless and thank you Trooper Bream for your service with the Virginia 🇺🇸State Police.

Trooper Bream was indeed one of the most respected and dedicated troopers I've known! I interacted with him many times over the years as he came down to the old C&P Telco in Warrenton and checked in on the inspection station. I also remember going through s road check once he and a couple other troopers were conducting and somehow that day, I didn't have my wallet with me. As the other trooper directed me to the side of the road for further questioning. Trooper Bream looked up and asked what was going on? The other trooper shared that I did not have my driver's license. Trooper Bream laughed and said I know him and I know he has a valid license, he's ok! The other trooper just shook his head and laughed and pointed me through! He was a great example of fairness and integrity!
A good man and a good neighbor.
Fred and I became good friends back in the 70’s when we worked together as Troopers in Northern Virginia. Fred was a true professional and can best be described as a Troopers Trooper. I will always cherish our many shared experiences. Thank you Fred for your friendship and support. God Bless the entire Bream family.
