I am so sad to hear of Frank’s passing. I have fond memories of him as a member of the Salem Volunter Fire Department, as being neighbors who lived just down the road from us for many years and as life long friends. Frank’s service to both the Salem and Reva communities in both Fire and EMS and to Culpeper County as a whole will never be forgotten. Rest in Paradise my friend.

Dear Joyce and Family, I am saddened to hear of Frank passing. Reva Volunteer Fire and Rescue and the community of Culpeper have lost a great soul who gave so much of himself. Although I have been gone from Culpeper for several years, I continue to hold memories of my RVFR members close to my heart. Frank was a big part of those memories. Frank and Joyce were one of the first couples I met after joining Reva VFD. They were truly very passionate about each other and their relationship in addition to supporting their Reva family. Go with God Frank!
