Nancy Patton Langdon
i came to Nashville in 1968 from Rhodes College in Memphis as part of the Masters in Teaching program at Vanderbilt University. Dr Burbank was the director. He sent me to do my student teaching at Father Ryan High School where I met my future husband as his student teacher. We have been married for 42 years and I never left Nashville. That experience changed my life as I taught for 5 years in Nashville, had my two children and stayed home then and now have been at Father Ryan as the Registrar for 30 years. My husband is in his 49th year teaching here.
I remember going to the Burbank house on Graybar for a social gathering. What kind people they were. My condolences on the loss of your mother.
