Sorry to learn of Emmett's passing. I recently saw him while shopping. Sad he could not enjoy more of his retirement with his family and friends. He was a good man. Prayers for the family.

I recall Mr Starks as a very kind, cheerful gentleman. /his eyes would gleam and his face would light up when bring his young children to the office. Seeing his joy was a pleasure for me!

Emmett was one of the most pleasant and kindhearted person I have known. When he would come in the Town Treasurer's office he would share his smile and wonderful experience of retirement. I want the family to know that God will be with you all during this difficult time and He will hold Emmett to the most glorious high. May God bless and comfort you all.
