Emma Frances Richards, went to be with the Lord on Friday, August 19, 2016 while at the Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center.
A memorial service will be held 11:00am on Saturday August 27, 2016 at the Culpeper Baptist Church, 318 S. West Street with the Rev. Adrian D. Sledge officiating.
Inurnment will follow at Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery, 14494 Shenktown Rd., Reva.
