She will be missed, for she had many attributes that were very visible & admirable. She was a role model showing that if one had the desire & drive to achieve, it was very possible. I would like to take this time to bless the family for having such a wonderful woman in their lives. Miss Emma helped me get on my feet when i came to Culpeper in 1993. My son and I came from WV and she helped us get into the homeless shelter, then into transitional housing on Chandler St. Whatever i needed she was there to help. I visited her a few times but i dont think she remembered me. I am also at CHRC.God Bless Miss Emma, she has gone to her eternal home to be with the Lord. Thank you again and I love you.
