I worked with Dorothy at the Culpeper USDA Service Center. Dorothy always was energetic, helpful and kind. I always admired her dedication to walking first thing in the morning before coming to work and her appreciation of each day and what it brought for her to enjoy during those walks. It was my pleasure to have known Dorothy and I offer my deepest sympathy to her family for their loss.
