Uncle David, you are missed EVERY single day! Your soul and great sense of humor will forever live on! Lots of love-your niece Mandy
I'm so broken hearted to just hear this news. David was family. We had so many fun times togeather while I attended Culpeper High. He was a happy person , kind and full of personality. I thought about him yesterday morning and searched Facebook only to find this disheartening news. Rest in peace my close friend and brother. Condolences to the family . Amanda Shinault Padgett
Dave was a long time friend, having known him since right out of high school. Back in the mid 70's, Dave and I switched cars for about 2 month's. He drove my 65 Olds Cutlass and I drove his 53 Cadillac. I think we both wanted them both.
Fat Daddy was one of a kind, very outgoing, with a laugh that would fill up a room. I hadn't seen Dave for quite some time now, and I will always cherish the times we spent together. May he be at Peace.

Dave was always a great friend to me. He was a wonderful person, in general, had a kind heart and good soul. He meant alot to me and I will hold dear the memories, and thankfuly there are many of them. To his family..I am deeply sorry for your loss. He will be (already is) missed.

David was one of my favorite cousins. I loved his kind heart, great big ole laugh and his sincere and giving ways. We sure had a lot of fun times that I will forever cherish. It had been several months since I had last talked to him. I didn't know the rest of his immediate family like I knew him, but my deepest sympathy to you all. May he rest in peace. God bless your soul Dave.
